Day at Lesiure in Munnar

Morning at leisure. After lunch and a short nap a small site seeing trip to Top Station - the highest point in Munnar - Kodaikanal road. Top Station offers panoramic view over the neighboring state of Tamil Nadu. On the way back a short stop at Echo point. Its got its name by the natural echo phenomenon. Come back to resort and then checkout and proceed to Cochin.Arrive at cochin check and rest for the day

After breakfast to Kumarakam- a little sleepy little village in the banks of the Vembanad lake. The drive through the rolling mountains of the Western Ghats is an experience of its ownCheck in at the backwater side resort. Here your stay will be in individual honeymoon cottages surrounded by the backwaters.

Have lazy start by the lake and check-in House Boat.. By 12 noon at the houseboat in Kumarakam for a 22 hour houseboat trip through the legendary backwaters of Kerala to Alappuzha which is better known as the Venice of the East. On the way you will witness a full range of lives and activities and some mind-boggling sceneries. The house boat is a private boat cruising in the backwaters. Fully furnished spacious bath attached bedrooms, private balcony, dining room, hygienic kitchen and side decks to capture the beauty of the backwaters are the main ingredients of a houseboat. The days stay in the boat.

After breakfast, transfer to Cochin. Stay in cochin. After lunch, a city site seeing trip covering Dutch palace (Built by Portuguese in 1555 AD), Jewish Synagogue (The oldest of its kind in the Common wealth countries) and Chinese fishing nets. By evening you can go to Bolgatty island by boat to spend the evening there. The Bolgatty palace built by the Dutch in 1744 AD is an attraction here. By evening drop at Bus station/ railway station/ airport for onward journey
